NBCUniversal employees may soon be banned from Trump National Doral Miami resort and spa and all his other properties, too, now that the network has cut ties to billionaire clown act and GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump and will cease to air the Miss U.S.A. and Miss Universe pageants after The Donald offended Mexicans and all Hispanics in his ridiculously bizarre announcement speech — calling them drug dealers and rapists.
Trump banned Univision employees from his lair after the Spanish-language network was the first to cut ties with him, cancelling an agreement to air the Miss U.S.A. show in July and Miss Universe shows for the next five years.
Ladra imagines that Miami-Dade Commissioner Daniella Levine Cava will be the next persona non-grata at the Champions Bar and Grill.
That’s because the freshman on the dais wrote a memo Monday to Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos “Mr. Giveaway” Gimenez — who just a couple of months ago was ready, no, dying to give Trump our public golf course on Key Biscayne — asking him to boycott Trump properties.

“Mr. Trump has shown great disrespect to our vibrant Hispanic community and to one of our community’s and to one of the community’s most respected corporate members. With Mr. Trump failing to offer an apology to the Hispanic community or to Univision it is only right to prohibit any official, sanctioned events from taking place at any Trump properties within miami-Dade County,” Levine Cava wrote, and one has to wonder why one of the Hispanic electeds didn’t step up to the plate.
“We must take this step to ensure that taxpayer dollars are not utilized at Mr. Trump’s properties given his recent views that have insulted so many.”
Taxpayer dollars should not be utilized at Mr. Trump’s properties already because the mayor’s son and namesake Carlos “C.J.” Gimenez, works as chief lobbyist for the billionaire’s PR/government relations firm, which should be shoulder deep in media crisis management right about now.
That’s if Freddy Balsera — who also does media consulting for Gimenez — hasn’t been fired. He did not immediately return a call for comment.

But his twitter feeds have been silent on the matter. After asking folks what they thought about Trump jumping in the fray, it’s been kinda silent on their famous client — even though Balsera did tweet about the Latino Vote and its importance last week as he participated in a Global Summit of Political Communications conference.
Love the irony.
Levine Cava’s ask is a step further than the mayor has already gone, which was to return $15,000 in a contribution to his campaign PAC from Trump and take the golf course off the table (even though Trump had already said last month he was no longer interested).
It’s too bad we can’t deport Trump from Miami-Dade.
